Shipping Policy - Preorders

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") outlines the shipping and delivery procedures for preorders placed on our website ("Website"). By placing a preorder, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should not place a preorder.

1. Preorder Process

1.1 Preorder Placement: Preorders can be placed on our Website for products that are not yet available for immediate shipment. By placing a preorder, you understand that the product is in the pre-production or production phase and is not currently in stock.

1.2 Product Availability: The estimated availability or release date for the product will be clearly indicated on the product page. Please note that these dates are approximate and subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any delays or changes to the estimated availability.

1.3 Preorder Confirmation: After placing a preorder, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your preorder. This email does not constitute acceptance or confirmation of the preorder as a final sale. The preorder is subject to acceptance and fulfillment based on product availability and other factors.

2. Shipping and Delivery

2.1 Shipping Date: Once the product becomes available, we will process and ship preorders based on the order in which they were received. 2.3 Partial Shipments: In some cases, if a preorder includes multiple items and one or more items become available before others, we may choose to ship the available items separately. In such instances, you will be notified in advance.

a. If the product has not yet entered the production phase, you may be eligible for a full refund.
b. If the product has entered the production phase, cancellation may not be possible, or a cancellation fee may apply.

4.1 Order Updates: You will receive email notifications regarding the status of your preorder, including updates on production progress, shipping date confirmations, and tracking information once the product has been shipped.

4.2 Tracking Information: Once your preorder has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number or a link to track your shipment. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available, and it may take some time for the carrier to update the tracking details.
